The deal
Partners earn $10 for every new customer who signs up through their personal link and completes their first subscription payment at full price ($29.99 monthly or $59.99 quarterly). Discounted first payments — promo codes, referral credits, or any price below full — do not earn a commission.
Clearing and payouts
- Each commission is Pending for 10 days. If the customer refunds or disputes within that window, the commission is cancelled. After 10 clean days it becomes Available.
- Payouts can be requested once Available funds reach $30, and are sent manually to your Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal handle. Until then, earnings exist only as credit in your dashboard — they are not a bank balance.
- We collect your legal name and mailing address at payout for tax records. U.S. law requires us to issue you a 1099-NEC if your earnings reach $600 in a calendar year (we’ll request a W-9).
Rules
- Partner accounts include no study materials — they are earning accounts only, and can’t be used to subscribe.
- No self-referrals: purchases made by you, with your email, or with your payment card earn nothing.
- You are an independent promoter, not our employee or agent. When you promote TCOLEStudy, FTC rules require you to disclose that you earn a commission (a simple “I earn a referral fee” works).
- If both a partner link and a member referral apply to the same signup, the partner commission is paid and the member credit does not apply.
- Unusual volume may be reviewed before payout. We may modify or end the program at any time; commissions already paid are never taken back.
